Sorry that this post is a bit late. Once I got back I had a lot of school stuff to catch up on.
We had a mid-semester break so me and 3 other friends went to Australia for the week. All of my classes on Friday were cancelled so I had a lot of time to finish assignments, pack, and clean before I left. We spent Friday night in Brisbane airport and then Saturday flew to Cairns. In Cairns we went snorkeling, to the rain forest, and the zoo to hold koalas. On Wednesday we flew to Sydney where we went to the Blue Mountains one day and spent the other day exploring the city. We left Sydney Saturday evening, spent the night in Christchurch, NZ and got back to Dunedin Sunday mid-day. We did so much that I am just going to post 2 pics from each day and if you want to know more email me or send me a message on Facebook.

Sunday night, Otago was defending the shield at the stadium so we went to watch the rugby game. The shield is actually a shield that different rugby teams play for so the current holder is defending it and the away team tries to take it. I don't know too much about the history of it but this was the first time in about 54 years the Otago has had it. The game was close but Otago lost the shield after having it for 8 days. Josh brought us there so it was fun to watch him watch the game because he was really into it.
If there is something that people want to know more about I can write another post about it specifically. I could have written a few thousand words on what we did and what I learned but that would be boring to read. So there are pictures instead.
